Orders

Orders may be placed by telephone, fax or email. Please forward all relevant diagrams for flashings and trims, including all dimensions and angles.

We advise that you check your order thoroughly, as any alterations or additions at a later date, may cause delays in the manufacture of goods and increased costs in additional freight charges.

Delivery

From receipt of any order sheets are usually delivered to site within the timescale shown below.

NWSS32 / NWSS34 / Liner profiles within 5-7 working days

NWSS24 / NWSS38 / NWSSsteelsix / NWSS1353Corrugated 2-3 weeks

Composite Panels 2-3 weeks

The above are approximate timescales, we are sometimes able to offer a quicker turn around, especially if your order matches a particular profile and colour that is being manufactured at the time any order is placed.

Vehicle Access

Please make us aware of any road or vehicle size restrictions that may be in place at the point of delivery. This will help us plan accordingly and make you aware of the options available for the transportation of goods.

It is the clients responsibility to have a facility or persons available to offload materials on site.
